The E-ticket can be purchased at self-service terminals located in the aisles and lobbies of metro stations, tram, trolleybus and bus stops. To do this, you need to pay 36 UAH to the self-service terminal. If you do not have the exact amount, you can deposit a larger denomination note in the self-service terminal and, following the instructions on the screen, credit the rest to the purchased e-ticket. WARNING! It is not necessary to leave the terminal until the operation of purchasing the card and crediting the rest is completed. If you have problems purchasing the card, contact the hotline immediately: 0 800 505 685

At the same time, it is very important to follow the instructions on the terminal monitor.

There are several ways.

First of all, directly during the payment you can look at the validator screen - it displays information about the fare and the balance on your e-ticket balance.

You can monitor the current balance or replenish the balance in self-service terminals E-ticket. In addition, the menu of validators located in trams, trolleybuses, buses, there is an item "Card Info", which also indicates the current balance and fare.

Can I use my E-ticket to pay for the travel of another person in a tram and trolleybus?

So. To do this, you need to attach an e-ticket for the second time: a list of transactions ("pay for luggage", "pay for another passenger") will appear on the screen, from which you select the required option and specify the number of passengers you plan to pay. Please note that you will need to attach an e-ticket to the validator once again to confirm the transaction.

I lost my E-ticket. Can I block it and transfer the balance to a new ticket?

You may have held the E-ticket too far from the active window (the highlighted oval at the bottom of the validator). Try to apply it again. Try to keep the ticket straight and not move.

E-ticket does not work, terminals / validators do not read the card, what to do?

You can check the card's efficiency in the E-ticket service center, which is located in the lobby of the Historical Museum metro station, which is open on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00. If the E-ticket really does not work or is damaged, you will be able to transfer funds to another of your cards.

After the replenishment of the E-ticket, the funds were not counted. How to return them?

In case of unsuccessful replenishment of the e-ticket, you should notify us immediately: you can call the hotline: 0 800 505-685, write in the Telegram chat: @eticket_kharkiv_uabot or e-mail: info@eticket.kh.ua. The operator will record the information provided by you, after which you need to come to the service center (lobby of the Historical Museum), where the funds will be credited to your e-ticket.

Please note that it is unfortunately not possible to top up your e-ticket remotely.

In the metro, 60 preferential trips are provided for a calendar month, payment will be charged in the amount of 50% of the current tariff.

For travel by tram, trolleybus, bus 30 preferential trips are provided, payment will be charged at a rate of 50% of the current tariff.

What is the rate of the school E-ticket card?

In above-ground transport, every calendar month, upon first payment with a school E-ticket card in one mode of transport (tram / trolleybus / bus) will charge a monthly fee of 15 UAH, in the second mode of transport (tram / trolleybus / bus) - 5 UAH, in the third mode transport (tram / trolley bus / bus) - 10 UAH.

The maximum total amount can be 30 UAH.

Until the end of the calendar month, the student travels by land transport free of charge. The tariff will be valid from the moment of payment until the end of the current month. The number of trips in ground transport is not limited.

In the metro, 50 preferential trips are provided for a calendar month, payment will be charged in the amount of 50% of the current tariff.

How long can I use my travel limit?

Preferential trips are accrued for the month on the first day of each calendar month. You can use them until the end of this month. With the onset of a new month, trips will be updated.
